TWO REGIONS.
ONE STANDARD.
Licensed hazardous materials abatement, testing, decontamination, and demolition across the greater Puget Sound region and the Phoenix metropolitan area. Same crews, same compliance discipline, same documentation on every job.
THE GREATER
PUGET SOUND REGION
Our home market. From Everett in the north to Puyallup in the south, and from the waterfront east to the Cascade foothills. Our Woodinville headquarters sits centrally on the I-405 corridor, which means fast access to the entire region via I-5, SR-167, and SR-520 — and crews mobilized in 24 to 48 hours on most projects.
Washington Credentials
King County's largest city. Dense pre-1980 building stock across Capitol Hill, Ballard, the Central District, and Rainier Valley — plus commercial and multifamily projects downtown.
Pierce County coverage including Tacoma, Lakewood, and the communities south of Seattle. Heavy industrial and older residential stock throughout the Hilltop and North End.
South King County and the Valley corridor — Renton, Kent, Auburn, and Tukwila. Warehouse, light industrial, and postwar residential across the SR-167 corridor.
Eastside coverage including Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, and Woodinville — where our headquarters and equipment yard are located. Commercial tenant improvements and high-value residential.
EVERETT TO PUYALLUP
We work across three counties — King, Pierce, and Snohomish — on everything from single-family homes to large commercial buildings and public works projects.
Woodinville, WA 98072
Beyond our four primary Washington cities, we provide full abatement, testing, decontamination, and demolition services throughout King, Pierce, and Snohomish counties.
THE PHOENIX
METROPOLITAN AREA
The Valley of the Sun, from Surprise and Peoria in the northwest to Queen Creek and Apache Junction in the southeast. Maricopa County has some of the strictest asbestos work-practice rules in the country, and we build every Arizona project around them from the first site walk — not after the notification gets kicked back.
Arizona Credentials
Arizona's largest city and the Maricopa County seat. Extensive pre-1980 housing across central and south Phoenix, mid-century commercial along Central Avenue, and ongoing downtown redevelopment.
Arizona's third-largest city, built out heavily through the 1960s and 70s — peak years for popcorn ceilings, vinyl floor tile, and asbestos duct wrap in residential construction.
Resort, retail, and office properties alongside older Old Town buildings and high-value residential remodels. Discreet, scheduled work for occupied commercial and hospitality sites.
Dense mid-century rental and apartment stock around ASU, plus continuous redevelopment along Mill Avenue and Tempe Town Lake. Fast turnarounds between tenant cycles.
ACROSS THE VALLEY
We cover the full metro via I-10, I-17, Loop 101, Loop 202, and US-60 — Phoenix and the East Valley, the West Valley, and the Southeast Valley communities.
Beyond our four primary Arizona cities, we provide full abatement, testing, decontamination, and demolition services throughout Maricopa County and into neighboring Pinal County.
Projects in Maricopa County fall under MCAQD jurisdiction and Rule 370 work-practice standards.
Pinal County projects notify through ADEQ under federal NESHAP standards rather than Maricopa's local rule — a different filing path we handle either way.
